"Had an outstanding time in the Winnebago Intent 31P we rented from Remington. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Remington made pick up and return very smooth, also provided important information since it was our first RV trip. Only one mishap during the trip - I lost the keys to the RV! Remington and Laura Beth were excellent in resolving that, even hand delivered a replacement set to us so we didn’t miss any fun. I will definitely rent from Remington again. "Our journey started with a thorough and detailed "how to" course covering everything from safe driving to setup and breakdown at the camp site. When we took over the RV was immaculate, fully fueled and included lots of wonderful amenities that were sure to allow us to have a great long weekend. Once on the road Remington checked on us to make sure we were OK and to assure us that he was there should the need arise. Once we got all setup there was a slight problem with the coach and via phone and text messages, Remington went out of his way to try to solve it. Thankfully it was a minor issue that did not negatively affect our adventure. And finally the return was smooth, fast and simple. From beginning to end Remington was a true professional. I got the impression that renting an RV is far more to him than just a business or a way of making an income; he truly likes people and takes pride in taking care of them. This was our first trip renting from Remington - it won't be our last!."

"This was our first time renting an RV and everything was perfect! The RV was like new. We drove from Orlando to Austin and back and stopped by Destin and New Orleans on the way there and beautiful Point Clear, Alabama on the way back. This trip totally changed my perspective of Alabama. Having the RV definitely enabled us to open our mind and venture out to places we would have never gone but can’t wait to go back to. We didn’t use the RV for camping - we basically used it like a rental car - but it definitely seemed more than comfortable enough to do so. Remington was an amazing owner and explained how everything works to me. He was incredibly accommodating to our schedule and was available to me when I had a quick question during my trip. I would not hesitate referring him to everyone I know. I own a business heavily reliant on customer service, and honestly Remington’s service was an 11/10 from start to finish. The highlight of my trip was seeing my parents in Houston, and bringing them on a spur of the moment roadtrip from Texas to Pensacola. They never do anything spontaneous but decided to join us in the RV literally minutes before we decided to depart on our return leg. 6 adults, 2 kids, and 1 infant sat comfortably. We created precious memories with my parents and my kids that will last a lifetime, and it wouldn’t have happened without the sweet ride we had rented!
