POLICIES & FAQS
Here at Remington RV Rentals, our goal is to get you on the road as quickly and seamlessly as possible, while providing you with all of the comforts and conveniences of home! The policies below help us ensure we can do just that for all of our guests. If you have any questions regarding any of our polices, please just ask! We strive to offer you the flexibility needed accommodate your travel plans.
Pickup/Early Check-In

Pickup is at 3pm. Early check-in can be arranged upon request. Please advise us in advance if you need earlier check-in, and we can certainly do our best to accommodate an earlier pick up or delivery.

Prior to departure, you will be given a 45-minute orientation, so please keep that in mind while planning your departure time.
Return/Late Check-Out

Check out is at 11am to ensure that we have ample time to thoroughly clean and sanitize our RVs prior to our next guests arrival. Based on availability, late drop-off can be accommodated for an additional $20/hour upon prior request and approval. Without prior approval, a $50/hour late fee may be charged.

Inspection and return of the vehicle can take up to 30 minutes, so please plan ahead when arranging a ride home.
Delivery Fees

We are happy to deliver your RV directly to your home, campsite, or speedway depending on the location and our availability. Please contact us for rates.
Daily Insurance

For your safety and security, daily insurance is required for any RV rental. Please contact us for rates.

Stationary "no drive" renters (such as those camping at Disney's Fort Wilderness) are required to pay a discounted insurance rate.
Pet Policy
With prior approval, your well behaved, fully house trained dogs are welcome to travel along! Please note, that a non-refundable fee will apply if you chose to bring your furry friends and a portion of your security deposit may be withheld if your pet(s) causes any damage to the RV. Additionally, we reserve the right to deny requests due to breed and weight restrictions.

Small Dogs (under 30lbs) = $50 fee

Large Dogs (over 30lbs) = $100 fee

No Cats
All pets traveling in the RV must be approved prior to departure. However, for $500 you can sneak on a pet without my prior knowledge! If prior approval was not authorized and there is evidence that pets were traveling in the RV during the rental, this fee will apply.
Mileage and Generator Charges

Mileage - each RV includes 100 miles free/day. The following additional charges will apply:

Class C = $0.60/mile

Class A = $0.70/mile

Generator - each RV includes 4 hours free/day. The following additional charges will apply:

Class C = $5/hour over

Class A = $5/hour over

Excess Cleaning Fee
If RV is not returned as clean and odor-free as when it was received, a minimum $150 excess cleaning fee will apply.
Please note, additional fees may apply if the RV is returned in conditions which would require a more substantial cleaning fee, such as stains on furniture or floors which would require professional cleaning equipment.
No Smoking Policy
Smoking is NOT PERMITTED at any time inside the RV- any evidence of smoking in the RV will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
No Towing Policy
For your safety and the safety of our rigs, we do not allow towing with any of our vehicles.
